Maple Reinders 2011

Minnesota Court is a new 5 storey office building with a 2,300 sq m footprint. This project consisted of exterior frost walls, a large “raft slab” foundation that required 500 m3 of concrete and approx. 120 tons of rebar and 2 stairwells and 1 elevator shaft poured in 6 lifts to achieve the 5 storey’s plus a penthouse over one of the stairwells. We performed this project ahead of schedule in only 11.5 weeks.
